The Mirrabooka District Leadership Group (DLG) is a collective of government and community agencies committed to working together to achieve improved outcomes for the local community. Janali & Co. were engaged by the City of Stirling to help the Mirrabooka DLG develop a one-year strategy to articulate the group’s vision and agenda for local collaboration.  

To support the DLG achieve its goals Janali & Co.:

• Facilitated an interactive strategy planning workshop with DLG members 

• Consolidated feedback from the session into an overview document identifying themes and priorities  

• Used a program logic approach to develop a one-page strategy overview that articulated a clear vision, outcomes, outputs, and inputs.  

The DLG was able to attract funding as a result of having a clear strategy for action. The group is working together to progress actions in the plan which is available upon request.
