    Our team has expertise in the development of social strategies and plans across a range of policy areas. We bring a community development lens to social planning, helping organisations collaborate with stakeholders to develop plans that reflect their communities needs, aspirations and assets.

    We also support organisations with the design of new projects. This work often takes place as part of tender or grant processes, during which we assist clients and their partners to develop logic models, implementation plans, community engagement strategies and partnership frameworks.

  • Janali & Co. helps organisations embed evaluation principles and practices to demonstrate their impact and improve outcomes for their communities.

    We design evaluation frameworks, undertake evaluations and reviews of community development initiatives and help build capability in evaluation.

    We understand that assessing the outcomes of community development work can be challenging. Outcomes are often intangible and difficult to quantify. We bring an approach that values the importance of stories in understanding social change.

    We have capability in both quantitative and qualitative analysis. We visualise results using design platforms and Power BI.

  • Janali & Co. provides training and coaching to help equip changemakers with the skills, knowledge and tools to grow and sustain their impact in community.
